You will breath, move and sweat. Nothing else than you and your body, barefoot on the mat. Clean, simple and fun. Flowing through strong, beautiful movements. Feeling great, powerful and graceful.
Schemat nedan gäller från och med vecka 34 (med undantag för vissa klasser, söndagsklassen startar senare under terminen. Ändring torsdagar, de 2 klasserna slås ihop till 1 - Hathayoga kl 18.00-19.15 nivå 1-2).
